Edge Elite Retreat 2026: An Elevated Edge Experience in Costa Rica

This year’s Edge Elite Retreat brought together top-performing members and vendor sponsors for a thoughtfully curated experience in Costa Rica. Hosted at The Westin Reserva Conchal, the retreat blended elevated hospitality, meaningful connection, and immersive local experiences along the Pacific coast. We extend our sincere thanks to our sponsors and members for making this another outstanding Elite Retreat.

Attendees were welcomed to Guanacaste Province with a memorable Welcome Reception featuring remarks from the Edge team, a locally inspired dinner, and a unique artisan market showcasing handcrafted goods from the region, an experience that quickly became a favorite takeaway for many. Fresh coffee, beautiful paintings, jewelry, and pottery were just a few of the items the market vendors offered to our guests.

A few days offered flexible schedules designed for balance and connection. Guests enjoyed time networking poolside with the Edge team, taking advantage of the resort’s amenities, or participating in a catamaran cruise, allowing attendees to recharge while continuing to build relationships at their own pace.

Excursion day delivered immersive and engaging experiences that highlighted both adventure and culture. One group explored the Congo Trail, hiking and zip-lining through the treetops before cooling off and encountering Costa Rica’s iconic white-faced monkeys. The other group participated in a folkloric tour of Santa Cruz, gaining insight into local traditions, the region’s Blue Zone culture known for longevity, and hands-on demonstrations of traditional pottery-making in a local home.

The retreat concluded the final evening with a Farewell Dinner at the resort. Closing remarks from the Edge team provided an opportunity to reflect on shared experiences, recognize achievements, and reinforce the strong connections formed throughout the week.

Departures on the last morning marked the close of a memorable retreat. Attendees returned home with renewed perspective, strengthened partnerships, and a shared appreciation for the intentional experiences that define the Edge Elite Retreat!
