Introducing the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar

One Box, Everything Included

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar packs a capable AV system into a single unit. In the center, it includes four high-resolution cameras with a wide 125-degree field of view, a 16-element beamforming microphone array, and dual 20-watt loudspeakers, all driven by built-in Windows 11 IoT compute. An automated lens cover and mute status indicator round out the front-of-room experience.

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar expands beyond an all-in-one setup. Up to four optional table microphones can be added to the bar with mute synchronization, whether to extend coverage in a larger room or to put mute control directly in front of the people who need it, such as presenters or executives in their own office space. A companion 10.9-inch touchscreen controller provides meeting controls, USB-C content input for BYOD, and AV bridging through one simple interface. Because the same Q-SYS hardware covers everything from small meeting spaces to mid-size conference rooms, the system simplifies standardization, support, and spare-parts planning across large room portfolios.

Plug In, Not Program

The Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar is built to support Microsoft Teams Rooms as well as bring-your-own-meeting conferencing*, so the same hardware can serve organizations standardized on Teams and those that need the flexibility to bridge into other platforms. Because it is plug-and-play by design, there is no programming required to get a room running. Devices power on, connect, and are ready for a meeting in minutes, which matters enormously when a deployment spans dozens of identical rooms rather than one signature space.

For integrators, that no-code approach shortens the distance between a signed order and a working room. For end users, it means walking into smaller meeting space and having the same intuitive experience they would find in any other room on the Collaboration Bar platform, without a learning curve.
