Edge’s success is powered by the strong relationships between our members and partners, connections that go far beyond business. The Elite Retreat was created as a way to honor and celebrate these unparalleled partnerships!

This year, our Elite Retreat attendees escaped to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for a few unforgettable days of connection, adventure, and pure relaxation in paradise. Our group gathered at a stunning beachfront resort on the Sea of Cortez, complete with an infinity pool that melted into the horizon, a swim-up bar perfect for sunset conversations, and luxurious spa amenities that defined true rejuvenation. The team opened the retreat with a beautiful sunset welcome reception to enjoy dinner and a warm welcome from the Edge team.

From exploring the charming streets of Todos Santos, to kayaking and snorkeling beneath the sun-drenched Arch of Cabo, every moment was filled with laughter, discovery, and shared memories. During the Todos Santos tour, the group explored the city and got an inside look at local candy making, enjoyed a tequila tasting at the famous Hotel California, shopped the local markets, and ended the tour with an authentic Mexican buffet lunch. On the kayaking tour, attendees kayaked to the Arch of Cabo, enjoyed spectacular views, and became one with wildlife snorkeling with the fish!

After several days of fun in the sun, the team closed the retreat with a farewell dinner on the beach, serenaded by the smooth sounds of Soul Trio under a moonlit sky, the perfect ending to a year of incredible achievements and even stronger relationships.
